Papaya Boats with Yogurt and Granola

- 1 papaya
- Plain or vanilla yogurt
- Your favourite granola
- Slice a papaya in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the papaya seeds and fill the empty space with yogurt.
- Top with your favourite granola.
- Eat with a spoon, scooping out the fruit, yogurt and granola from the papaya skin 'bowl.' Enjoy!
