Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add tea bags and let steep for 25 minutes. Remove tea bags and add all spices. Pour into a clean container and let steep overnight.
Strain tea into a saucepan. Stir in honey and warm through, stirring until the honey has completely dissolved. Let cool.
Pour tea over glasses full of ice and garnish with thinly slices orange rounds.
