A cocktail that tastes as refreshing as it does delicious. Juicy honeydew, cucumber, and mint make the base of this drink, while tequila adds a summery kick.

Ingredients
½ honeydew melon, seeded and chopped
½ cucumber, chopped
⅓ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
2 oz tequila or gin
fresh mint leaves, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
Toss honeydew, cucumber, and mint leaves into a juicer. Refrigerate juice until ready to use.
In two cocktail glasses, add a couple ice cubes, then pour 1 oz of tequila into each glass. Fill glasses with juice, garnish with mint leaves, and serve.
Notes
*If you don't have a juicer, blend honeydew, cucumber, and mint in a blender for a smoothie version! Pour into a glass, add tequila, and stir well. Or even try straining the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a juice-like consistency!
