Matcha Almond Milk Lattes

A cozy yet caffeinated latte that's actually good for you! This recipe can easily be doubled.

Ingredients
  • ½ tsp matcha powder
  • ¾ cups boiling water
  • ¾ cups almond milk, heated
  • 1 tsp agave syrup, or more to taste
  • Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1. Drop the matcha powder into a mug and pour about ⅛ cup of the boiling water over top. Mix the matcha powder thoroughly with a matcha wisk, breaking up the clumps. This may take some time but you definitely want to make sure the powder is mixed well.
  2. Add almond milk, agave syrup and the rest of the water and stir well.
  3. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
