A tangy, surprisingly hearty soup that's sure to warm you up on a chilly day. It comes together in 15 minutes and uses a handful of staples you're sure to have on hand whenever the craving strikes. Makes two large, full serving bowls or four small side servings.

Ingredients
  • 1 pouch Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • ½ Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • Chili garlic sauce
  • Green onions, to serve
Instructions
  1. Boil water as per package instructions.
  2. Add soup pouch, reduce heat, and bring to a low simmer.
  3. Stir in ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and mirin. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in eggs until cooked, one minute.
  5. Serve with chili garlic sauce and green onions, to taste.
