Ingredients
1 pouch Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
4 cups water
1 tsp grated ginger
½ Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp mirin
2 eggs, scrambled
Chili garlic sauce
Green onions, to serve
Instructions
Boil water as per package instructions.
Add soup pouch, reduce heat, and bring to a low simmer.
Stir in ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and mirin. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in eggs until cooked, one minute.
Serve with chili garlic sauce and green onions, to taste.
