Deliciously sticky, sweet and nutty with a kick of bourbon.

Ingredients
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup corn syrup
½ cup honey
2 Tbsp bourbon
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup pecan halves
1 prepared 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, honey, bourbon, flour, butter, vanilla, salt and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pecans.
Pour mixture into prepared pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes until center is set. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
If you have the time, I recommend refrigerating the pie overnight for the best flavour. Letting it sit for those extra few hours really kicks the bourbon up a notch.
