Cheddar Dill Muffins

Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and dill.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the egg, yogurt, milk, and butter. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just blended. Fold ¾ of the cheese.
  4. Divide batter into muffin tin and sprinkle the tops with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
