Healthy Creamsicle Popsicles
 
 
The classic creamy orange taste, but healthy! These popsicles are packed with natural, good-for-you ingredients, so you can indulge without the guilt.

Serves: 10 popsicles
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 cup milk (I use skim)
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste*
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze until solid.
Notes
*You can find vanilla bean paste in most grocery stores, but feel free to use vanilla extract or seeds from a vanilla bean.

**If you have any orange juice and yogurt mixture left over, combine and freeze in ice cube trays for a quick addition to smoothies!
