Serves: 10 popsicles
Ingredients
2 large avocados, peeled & diced
2 Tbsp honey (optional)
4 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
1½ cups coconut water (or just plain water)
Instructions
In small bowl, mash together the avocado and honey. Transfer to a blender or food processor. Add in lime juice, zest, and coconut water Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Transfer to popsicle molds and freeze for at least 7 hours before serving.
