An easy, uniquely-flavoured smoothie with the sweet taste of cantaloupe and a kick of fresh ginger and cilantro.

Ingredients
  • 1 cantaloupe, seeded, peeled, and chopped
  • ¼ cup tightly packed cilantro, rinsed & drained
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, finely grated
  • 1 cup skim milk
Instructions
  1. Toss all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and well-incorporated. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
