Who says sundaes need to be made with ice cream? This healthy alternative is not only good for you, it's actually delicious and can be enjoyed as a dessert. This recipe is easy to scale and is completely customizable.

Ingredients
2 scoops thick greek yogurt
½ grapefruit, diced, membranes removed
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1 tsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp sweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbsp slivered almonds
Honey, to serve
Instructions
Scoop the greek yogurt into a bowl. Top with grapefruit, sugar (if using), chia seeds, coconut, slivered almonds, and a generous drizzle of honey. Serve.
Notes
Adding a bit of sugar will help reduce the tartness of the grapefruit. You don't need it, but some prefer it.
