Healthy, filling, and super yummy breakfast pudding, made overnight! Top with your favourite berries (or anything you want!) and enjoy a great breakfast on the run.

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Frozen raspberries, for topping
  • Shredded coconut, for topping
  • Honey, for topping
Instructions
  1. In a small jar, stir together coconut milk, almond milk, and chia seeds. Top with frozen berries, shredded coconut, and a drizzle of honey. Seal jar and refrigerate for 2 hours (or overnight).
  2. When ready to eat, take jar out of fridge, shake, and eat!
