Ingredients
⅓ cup vanilla yogurt (or plain)
3 Tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
⅓ cup skim milk (or almond milk)
2-4 ice cubes
Instructions
In a blender, mix together all ingredients, adding more or less ice until desired consistency is reached. Serve!
