A warm, creamy panini with tangy goat cheese and sweet jam. Quick, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients
4 slices bread (a grainy bread is delicious here)
2 Tbsp butter (optional)
1 avocado, sliced
3 Tbsp jam
4 slices turkey breast
2-4 Tbsp goat cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Heat a panini press or grill to medium heat.
Spread a thin layer of butter on the outside of bread slices, if using. This makes the outsides a bit crispier but is not necessary.
Assemble sandwich by layering avocado, jam, turkey and goat cheese. Place on panini press, close and cook for 3-5 minutes until bread is crispy and cheese has melted slightly (if grilling, flip half way through to crisp both sides). Slice and serve.
Notes
I used raspberry jam.
