A great summer snack! Warm, toasted crostini topped with savoury brie cheese and a fresh peach salsa.

Serves: 30 crostinis
Ingredients
  • 4 peaches, diced
  • ½ cup basil, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette, sliced into about 30 pieces
  • 200g brie cheese, sliced into 30 pieces
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine peaches, basil, salt and pepper; set aside.
  3. Top baguette slices with brie cheese and bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is nice and melty and bread is toasted.
  4. Remove from oven and top with peach mixture.
